The inside is a soft plastic that holds the egg well, we cannot beat it well, it needs to generate a lot of speed. And already using it I learned that it is a completely unnecessary product, the texture of egg cook changes, remaining a little harder than normal and we were lucky to find a bad egg that did not beat well, learning that if we had done so we would not have noticed that this egg was bad and we would probably have sick. I do not recommend beating the eggs inside the same shell, it does not taste better and there is a risk of beating a bad one, I keep the traditional form of boiled eggs, the product serves but it is unnecessary.
